This role is pivotal in driving team development and performance to consistently meet revenue targets while maximizing profitability and growth. We are seeking an industry veteran—ideally with a background in Zipper, Trims, Labels and accessories—who excels at implementing scalable, cost-effective process improvements and innovations to enhance the customer experience.
