Talent Sourcing Specialist (F/M), German‑speaking

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist, German-speaking to join our global team.

The preferred location is either Gdansk or Gdynia in Poland, Budapest in Hungary, Madrid or Valencia in Spain.

We work in a hybrid model, and we hope to see you at the office a few days each week.

Your role and responsibilities

As Talent Sourcing Specialist, your tasks will include:

  • Ownership of candidate attraction for all vacancies in defined countries/region, recommending cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes

  • Supports Talent Acquisition Partner with relevant market intelligence on current external candidate market, benefits and working conditions to ensure Wartsila can remain competitive in the market...
