As a Talent Sourcing Specialist , you’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent across technology roles. With a strong focus on proactive sourcing, you will identify, engage, and build talent pipelines within a global financial services organisation, supporting hiring needs across domains such as software engineering, data and analytics, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.
Working alongside Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, you’ll help shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your market research and strategic sourcing capabilities while developing your influence as a trusted talent advisor.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days onsite per week.
