The Talent Solution Consultant – Assessment and Talent Intelligence Pillar supports the setup and growth of the new Assessment and Talent Intelligence business by helping clients understand how workforce assessment, skills intelligence, competency frameworks, succession planning and talent analytics can support better business and people decisions.
This role acts as a consultative bridge between client talent challenges and platform‑led solutions such as Epitome, Lexonis, Eightfold and other relevant assessment or talent intelligence platforms. The role requires the ability to understand client issues around workforce capability, learning impact, talent readiness, succession planning, internal mobility and organisational development, then translate these needs into clear solution positioning, demo storylines and business value.
