Sea-riously, imagine starting your sales career by the Mediterranean? The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early career professionals with up to 12 months of work experience, who wants to build a career in sales. This program combines structured learning, hands on selling experience, and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. As part of the program, you will begin your journey with 2 months onboarding in your home market (eg.: in Germany) before joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Valencia, Spain for an 18 month Global IBMer assignment. During this time, you will work with an international community of IBMers across Europe while developing modern sales skills and gaining experience supporting real client opportunities.
