The Talent Management and Recruiting Specialist reports to Site HR & OD Manager and is responsible for analyzing the talent needs for support and operation areas according to organization plans.
Presents analysis and metrics related to recruiting and follows up improvement plans for recruitment strategies.
Experiencia y requisitos- Fluent and eloquent with business conversations and assessments.
- 10 + years experience with technical and leadership roles recruitment.
- Proven experience identifying talent and highly successful allocating talent for the roles and companies.
- Proven experience working with high tech industries and companies.
