Role Purpose
Support the Head of Talent & Leadership Development in planning, executing, and continuously improving Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives to strengthen leadership bench strength and support the Bank’s sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for Talent Management and Leadership Development, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s business strategy and overall HR direction.
- Lead the execution of the Bank’s Talent Management processes, including:
- Facilitating high-quality talent calibration processes
- Ensuring succession planning aligns with organizational needs
- Designing and monitoring effective development plans to enable successful succession
