Join our Talent Discovery team in Buenos Aires as a Consultant and take ownership of critical talent processes.
You will identify, attract, and evaluate high-caliber talent across the digital market, working strategically with hiring managers to ensure cultural and technical fit.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end selection funnel, driving excellence from initial profile key-off to final placement.
Strategic Sourcing
Define search strategies, advise hiring managers on market realities, and ensure perfect cultural and technical fit.
Operational Excellence
You’ll manage candidates throughout the entire funnel and ensure process compliance with defined TD processes.
Data-Driven Decisions
Design, analyze, and present reports to detect deviations and propose solutions that optimize our talent strategy.
