Job Description
. Assists the General Manager in the proper functioning and fulfillment of the objectives of the Talent Development.
. Prepares the annual crewing budget for fleet vessels and ensures vessels operate within the projected budget.
. Takes a leadership role to oversee the Crew Management of the fleet and provides related guidance to vessels/manning agents.
. Oversees the performance of manning agents and sets standards of service by each agent under the guidance of the General Manager.
. Ensures incoming and outgoing invoices and related accounts are monitored, followed up, and approved as required.
. Supervises and controls the members and activities of the division.
. Follows up on crew performance on board and monitors the career development of assigned crew.
