Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Attraction and Selection processes, connecting talent to business needs, supporting leadership decision-making, and contributing to the development of high-performance teams and the strengthening of organizational culture.
- Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, from aligning job profiles with hiring managers to sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates using behavioral and technical interviews.
- Review psychological reports and other assessment instruments, contributing to accurate, best-practice HR decisions.
- Source, attract and select talent for internal and external positions, ensuring quality and adherence to selection timelines.
- Monitor, compile and analyze Attraction and Selection performance indicators (KPIs), supporting report preparation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
