:As a Talent Apprentice, you will be part of the Talent Team at our Head Office. You will support a wide range of Training & Development and Recruitment activities, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and employees while ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently. This role forms part of the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, accredited by CIPD, with full training and development provided to support your professional growth and career in Human Resources.Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Support the administration and coordination of recruitment activities across UK&I roles.
  • Assist with posting job adverts and maintaining vacancy trackers and recruitment records.
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS and internal recruitment/hiring systems (WD)
