Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Attract and source high‑quality candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Manage end‑to‑end the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
  • Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding initiatives.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts to build a diverse workforce.
  • Support the onboarding & contracting process when needed.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
