The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives the identification and attraction of qualified talent across diverse roles at Sensata Technologies, operating within a complex, matrixed stakeholder environment.
The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines and deploying innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, cold outreach, and targeted research.
Accountable for the end-to-end candidate experience, this position also supports early retention by facilitating the full hiring process and ensuring effective onboarding.
