What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for MAVI’s internal roles across tech and non‑tech functions.
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team needs.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across regions (with a strong focus on LATAM, and exposure to APAC and other global markets).
