Objective
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Researcher performs a dual role, combining strategic execution in talent attraction with administrative management of recruitment processes, ensuring efficient outcomes, full traceability, and alignment with the organization’s standards. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top‑tier talent that strengthens the positioning of SHA as a global leader in luxury wellness. Through a proactive direct search approach and a strong understanding of the market, it drives effective talent mapping and attraction strategies.

Lead end‑to‑end talent sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct search (headhunting) within the luxury hospitality and wellness sectors.
Identify and map high‑potential talent across key markets, competitors, and luxury brands.
