The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
