. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, networking, and market research
. Review candidates' profiles and assess suitability based on role requirements and organisational needs
. Coordinate interview arrangements and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
. Provide market insights and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and practices
