Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding; source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions; coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients; prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation; conduct reference and background checks where required; ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
