Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and innovative channels
- Create engaging and inclusive job postings
- Screen applications and assess candidate potential
- Coordinate and participate in interviews
- Support early career programs and university partnerships
- Contribute to HR and recruitment projects
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
- Initial experience in recruitment (internship or 1–2 years)
