• Attends career job fairs, recruiting open houses and community events to pro‑actively attract the best candidates.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
