Job Description
Location: Woodlands
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Type: 6-months contract (possible conversion/extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
