Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager holds overall accountability for meeting the headcount targets for current as well as new clients in his/her assigned verticals or entities. He/she will develop and strengthen relationships with all clients and stakeholders by leading the Talent Acquisition Operations team through the day‑to‑day control and direction on interviews, selection, and job offers. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments/units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner at the targeted cost per hire; as well as other units such as Business Development, Human Resources, and Operations to promote a positive new hire experience.
