- Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational structure and business growth. Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, overseeing resume screening, interviews, and hiring to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs. - Channel Strategy & Optimization
Analyze talent market trends to expand and maintain diverse sourcing channels (campus partnerships, executive search, digital platforms). Evaluate channel performance, refine sourcing mixes, and enhance cost-efficiency in recruitment. - Talent Pipeline Development
