Job Description
Position Purpose
The Campus & LGU Strategic Partnership Lead/Supervisor is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening partnerships with academic institutions and Local Government Units (LGUs) to support volume hiring and employer branding initiatives for the Isabela site.
Responsibilities
- Campus Engagement β Plan and execute campus activities such as career talks, job fairs, and onβsite recruitment drives. Promote the companyβs employer brand to students and fresh graduates.
- LGU Collaboration & Community Hiring β Partner with LGUs for local hiring initiatives, including community job caravans and livelihood programs. Align recruitment efforts with LGU employment programs and public employment services offices (PESO). Ensure compliance with local regulations and partnership agreements.
