As a Talent Acquisition - Junior , you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. You'll use your creativity, communication skills, and strategic thinking to build relationships with both clients and candidates, and to match the right people with the right opportunities.
- Performing recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates
- Assists in coordinating interview arrangements for clients
