Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical and functional hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for all assigned roles.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory hiring practices.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines is an added advantage.
