Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical and functional hiring needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for all assigned roles.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory hiring practices.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring manager and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in building and maintaining talent pipelines is an added advantage.
