We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Marsh McLennan . This role will be based in Bogota . This is a fixed term – hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data‑centric updates with internal stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service‑oriented culture, which ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven services to internal hiring teams.
