We’re Hiring || Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring) Location: Mumbai – Malad Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO/Contact Center roles Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, vendor management & employee referrals Ensure adherence to TAT, SLA, and hiring quality metrics Coordinate with stakeholders and operations for manpower planning Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and data analysis Conduct interviews and ensure proper candidate experience Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring mandatory) Prior team handling experience preferred Strong understanding of BPO/Contact Center hiring Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets Proficiency in MS Excel & recruitment MIS reporting Why Join Us?
