Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Finland. In this role, you will help us understand our hiring needs, find the right talent, and create strong candidate experiences while working closely with leaders and colleagues across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify needs and priorities together with leaders
• Own and drive recruitment processes end‑to‑end, including selecting sourcing methods and channels that fit the role and market
• Find, engage and build relationships with relevant candidates in the market
• Run employer branding activities, such as career events and campaigns
• Use data and insights to prioritize work and continually improve recruitment practices
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share experiences and learn from each other, while maintaining responsibility for local delivery
