Takeoff Specialist (Female Candidate)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Takeoff Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). The specialist will be responsible for performing accurate quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings, supporting cost estimation, and ensuring precise documentation for project bids and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Utilize digital takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) to generate accurate calculations.
- Prepare cost estimates and maintain organized takeoff records.
- Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and project managers to validate takeoff results.
