Our creative and leading-edge learning environment seeks an experienced Information Technology (IT) professional to provide technical, software, hardware, network, and diagnostic support to clients and staff. This role works closely with our Distance Learning and IT teams to promptly respond to issues in a technical helpโdesk environment and to provide expert input into the development of system standards and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical, software, and diagnostic support to clients.
- Provide onโsite network and hardware support to staff.
- Provide technical support to clients on Ministry and OPC systems, including learning management (LMS), work order, knowledge management, and electronic card lock.
