Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows operating environments;
- Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment;
- Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors;
- Knowledge of web languages (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript);
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers (e.g. IIS, WebSphere Application Server)
- Good organization skills and able to work with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment;
- Certification or formal training in ITIL will be an added advantage
