Job Description
System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
- Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies.
- Support virtualization platforms, backup/recovery solutions, and endpoint security tools.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, user access management, and MFA administration.
- Document incidents, changes, and technical procedures.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including cloud and system migrations.
- Travel to client sites as required to provide technical support.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server Administration, networking, and firewall management.
