Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Provide daily support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user devices via IT Helpdesk, remote assistance, and onsite support. Station at client sites or travel to multiple locations daily as required. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for office and store locations, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and wireless systems. Administer and manage server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including AWS, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, and domain controllers. Deploy and manage customer server hardware, virtual machines, storage appliances, routers, firewalls, switches, and other network equipment. Plan, lead, and execute system and network infrastructure deployment projects. Assist in developing infrastructure designs based on technical requirements and standard IT service offerings.
