Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Provide specialist technical expertise and support across enterprise infrastructure and systems environments
- Install, configure, test, tune, and optimise hardware, operating systems, and systems software
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system and infrastructure issues
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure optimal operation
- Support and maintain operating systems, data management products, office automation solutions, and utility software
