Job Description
Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide pre‑sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
- Understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and propose or provide security solution designs and implementation solutions.
- Carry out pre‑sales functions in solution offerings – proposal, demo, presentation, etc.
- Participate in preparing tender documents, proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demos.
- Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
- Travel to upcountry areas and work directly with customers on‑site.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in client‑facing roles, assisting external customers with specific products.
- Excellent oral and written skills to explain technical concepts and frameworks.
