The Boeing Company is seeking a **Systems Engineer (Mid-Level & Senior)** to serve as the SCARS focal—leading adoption, interpretation, and enforcement of Simulator Common Architecture Requirements and Standards (SCARS) across the F-15 USAF simulator programs in **Berkeley, MO** . The role emphasizes systems requirements engineering, standards harmonization, and cross-program governance to ensure simulator architectures meet SCARS guidance when possible and enable interoperability, reusability, and sustainment.
