Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day technical operations, service delivery, and escalations Manage and mentor the technical team, driving performance and skills development Define and enforce technical standards, SOPs, and best-practice architecture Oversee infrastructure, cloud, security, patching, monitoring, and backups Plan and deliver client projects, upgrades, and cloud transitions Ensure SLA adherence, governance, and continuous service improvement Support pre-sales, vendor management, and client technical advisory Job Experience and Skills Required: Strong knowledge of web components, such as Apache and Tomcat. Experience with high-availability and clustering technologies (advantageous). Solid understanding of storage technologies, including SAN, multipathing, iSCSI, and LVM. Good knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Experience with directory and authentication services, including LDAP, Kerberos, Samba, and Active Directory.
