Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support in the operation of corporate clients' IT infrastructures
- Responsible for the smooth and comprehensive operation of the customer systems assigned to you
- Incident resolution, root cause analysis and remediation, and system monitoring
- Maintenance of IT infrastructures
- Development of implementation concepts for change requests
- Taking responsibility for implementing the agreed implementation concepts
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Broad, well‑founded and practical expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, O365/Office 365 and Microsoft Azure, Citrix XenApp/Desktop, virtualization and storage solutions (ESX, Hyper‑V / NetApp, Nimble), backup (Veeam, Backup Exec), and in firewall and network environments (Sophos, Cisco)
