SUMMARY
The Systems Engineer shall provide technical consultation, training, and support to IT staff as designated by the Government, and diagnose and resolve complex communication problems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Provide technical consultation, training, and support
+ Working knowledge/experience of ELMS/DPAS
