Job Description
Amentum is seeking a Systems Controller – Range Communications to support the Space Force Range contract.
Key Responsibilities
Provides specialized Communications Subsystems support to the Eastern Range during launch, simulations, pre-tests, post-tests and non-test periods
Conducts pre-test briefings and post-test critiques for minor scheduled operations
Reviews range schedules in advance to ensure required instrumentation and customer requirements can be met for the respective Subsystem
Reviews facility power, Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), and other downtime activity requests and assists in determining impact, coordination, and approval of requests
Schedules Communications outages with Range Scheduling and ensures REMEDY identifies the appropriate maintenance status for approved outages
