About the job Systems Analyst (Pathology)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pathology informatics initiatives, including predictive modelling and data structure optimisation.
- Review LIS functions, provide recommendations, and support decision‑making.
- Monitor and support LIS applications.
- Manage Project Change Requests (PCRs) and Operational Service Requests (OSRs), including review, deconflict, and testing.
- Support laboratory accreditation compliance within the LIS.
- Assist with system administration and departmental compliance tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the LIS Supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Biomedical Science or related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience.
