PURPOSE

The Cloud Systems Administrator applies technology solutions for corporate functions and customer-facing systems, with a focus on security. This role collaborates with peers and partners to deliver quality products, experiences, and exceptional customer service for Collaboration and End User Computing Applications. Responsibilities include executing enterprise cloud initiatives, administering enterprise cloud systems, planning and implementing changes through Change Management, enhancing monitoring, responding to events through Incident Management, and improving user experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implements, administers, supports, and secures enterprise applications, identities (SSO & SCIM), corporate devices (Windows & MacOS), and internal collaboration platforms (Email, Cloud File Storage, Intranet).
