Job Overview
+ Serve as the primary administrator for client's network infrastructure, cloud services, identity platforms, and endpoint management environment.
+ Manage and support a hybrid IT environment serving approximately 200 corporate employees and a large temporary/contract workforce across multiple locations.
+ Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of network, server, collaboration, and communications systems.
+ Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, RingCentral, and core infrastructure technologies to support secure and efficient business operations.
+ Provide advanced technical support, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a strong security posture across the organization.
