- Manage systems data for clients and provide day‑to‑day solutions and security compliance.
- Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- Identify and address complex problems and potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
- VMware ESX experience
- Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on‑prem to cloud solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as code)
