Develop and manage the System & Software Quality team (hiring, competence evaluation and development, definition and tracking of training plans). Allocate resources to projects. Ensure the right level of competences of System & Software Quality Engineers with regard to project, product & organization complexity. Represent the Customer within Valeo on System & Software Quality matters (communication/escalation). Approve the System & Software Quality Assurance Plan for the projects in the incumbent’s responsibility.
