We are seeking a business-focused systems support specialist to serve as the primary subject matter expert for the project management system used within the Project Management Business Unit. This role combines deep functional knowledge of the system with a thorough understanding of project management processes, client reporting requirements, and performance monitoring. The incumbent will provide user guidance and training, manage vendor relationships and contracts, liaison with IT teams for system integration and reporting, and ensure the system is effectively leveraged to meet business needs and deliver value to clients.
