We are seeking a dedicated System Support Engineer and Trainer to deliver exceptional technical support and training for navigation and communication systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to educate operators and maintainers. Responsibilities
Provide technical support both remotely and onsite for navigation and communication systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to various products and third-party OEM equipment. Assist with installation, configuration, calibration, and software updates for product portfolios and third-party OEMs. Collaborate with factory engineers and OEM partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain accurate documentation, including service requests, fault reports, and repair logs. Develop and deliver comprehensive training curriculum based on the profiles of partners and customers.
