Job Description
Introduction
This position will be based at the Head Office in Woodmead.
Description
This role will be responsible to carry out the SQL Software Developer functions and provide Solution & Database Support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Solution Support
- Contribute to the training and guidance of end-users
- Contribute to the development of operational reports and data ingress pipelines
- Interpret, write, and communicate applicable sections of User Requirement Specifications (URS)
- Intermediate knowledge of information systems programming and system analysis
- Troubleshooting, fault-finding and analysis on systems
- System configuration, user management and RBAC
- Data collection, extraction and representation skills
- Able to implement minor changes in software solutions
- Installation and maintenance of software packages
