Responsibilities

The System Field Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

• Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites following standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on‑site to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customers/end‑users.
